It's somewhat overgrown with weeds and perhaps needing a bit more watering than it gets, but there's the promised pond with a small flock of ducks and a pair of disgruntled looking geese paddling idly around it, a playground swarming with small children, their parents mostly watching from the sidelines, and a netless basketball court with at least a dozen teens playing shirts vs skins.
